SML Cakes bakes everything to order, from Shabbos challah to personalized cake jars. Customers needed an easy way to browse a big, varied menu and order exactly what they want, with key details like kosher and nut-free front and center.
The approach
- Built a Shopify store organized into clear collections, from bundt cakes to sourdough
- Created a dedicated Shabbos menu for their core weekly customers
- Added product options so customers can personalize orders
- Kept a WhatsApp link handy for custom requests that don't fit a form
