Personal project, built on Next.js + TypeScript

Simply Devign Lab

A remote control for a live website: switches, rollouts and a bug you can launch safely.

Try the Control Room

The challenge

I wanted to go beyond templates and show how I think about changing a live site safely. Not just building pages, but deciding who sees what, rolling changes out slowly, and undoing mistakes in one click.

The approach

  • Built a Control Room where switches change the real site instantly, with no code changes or redeploys
  • Wrote one pure decision function that powers the site, four live visitor previews, and a crowd of 100 sample visitors
  • Used Next.js 16 features end to end: Proxy for visitor info, Server Actions for every switch, and Suspense so pages stay instant
  • Added a guided tour, shareable setup links, and a buggy font launch that shows exactly why rollouts matter
