The challenge

Rychik needed to serve candidates and employers at once. Each group arrives with a different goal, and both had to find their path in seconds.

The approach

• Built separate paths for candidates (browse jobs, submit a resume) and employers (partner with us)
• Designed filterable job listings by category, with salary, hours and location on every card
• Turned the employer process into a simple three-step visual
• Paired every section with a clear call to action so no visitor hits a dead end
